Buyer reports being under review for excessive refunds UPDATE: neg is back

Apparently I am no longer under review and ebay realized that I am not a scammer since they put the negative feedback they had removed back. I hope they did check into my emails like I asked them to. I am an honest seller and and honest buyer. I appreciate all the good stuff I saw on this thread and all the good people who were kind. Thank you to you ones who were understanding. here was a time period of a couple months where I was buying a lot of stuff. In that time period I received a bra that was described as NWT and when I received it it was an old bra with a tag put on it. I received a shirt that was black stained all over it, even after I contacted the seller before bidding and asked if there were any stains and he said no, and 2 gabba shirts for my son that were severely stained. Well I thought, what a streak of bad luck. I contacted all these sellers and asked if I could return the items because they were stained, 2 of the people had told apologized and asked me to keep the items and they would refund me. One of them was very insistant on refunding me the entire amount after I told her to keep the shipping since she was so nice,...I even sent her a payment for the shipping after she fully refunded me, because I know she honestly did not realize the stains were all over the back. I left them positive feedback because they were very nice about it and handled the situation, one never responded at all so after 5 days I left a negative. Now ebay says I am under review for receiving excessive refunds and leaving negative feedback,..in the years I have been on ebay and as much I use to buy, I have only left maybe 3 negative feedbacks. The refunds were the sellers decision, while I was the one asking to simply return the item. I can't believe ebay has me under review for this. This is very upsetting, I have given hundreds of positive feedback and they are going to persecute me for the couple bad ones I left. What is feedback for if you can't tell others what kind of selling experience you had?? So they removed the negative feedback for the person that sold me a yo gabba gabba shirt with a huge grease stain on it, and never responded to my emails,..and I am the one in trouble for it. Truly sad how they run things!
