Returns on ebay

A quote from board poster couldabeenworse

The key to success in retail is to sell stuff that customers want to keep. That's an extra challenge in mail order, where customers are unable to handle, inspect or "try on" the merchandise before purchasing. Accepting returns is a nuisance, but it makes your potential customer pool much larger, and hopefully the additional bids or purchases is sufficient to cover the expenses.

  1. Excellent post!
Of course as long as buyers understand the difference between SNADs and Return Policy. This poster awesomely described it here → LINK
